I’m Kelsey, one of the Event Manager’s at Dynamic Events. I started at the company as an Events Assistant soon after graduating from University and have been working my way up the ranks ever since!
Throughout my time at Dynamic, the key highlight has been how supportive and connected the entire team is. No matter their job title or level of experience, whoever you turn to, whether they are in operations, business development or management, they will support you in any way that they can. There is always time for an idea-sharing session, especially if it involves a cup of tea and a biscuit! Dynamic Events definitely believes that a problem shared is a problem solved.
We take great pride in the fact that everyone at the company takes a pivotal role in helping others in the team develop, ensuring everyone has an enjoyable working experience, especially when the hours can be long, and the work tough. This is great when starting out in a new company - especially if it’s your first events job – to know that you will get opportunities to showcase your skills and curate new ones. You also know that if you have any thoughts, opinions or ideas, you will be listened to by every member of the company.
Due to the company being small in size where even the Managing Director takes an instrumental role in our event delivery, no one is ‘too big for their boots’ and everyone just gets stuck in!
Overall Dynamic Events is a positive working environment that fosters both personal and professional development as well as fun, and I am grateful for all the opportunities and knowledge I have gained so far!
