Why work at Dynamic Events?
From Business Development Manager, Georgie
I’m Georgie a Business Development Manager at Dynamic Events and I joined the company, after kicking off my career in the craft beer industry in London, in 2019.
Moving down to Rye and out of London was one of the best decisions I ever made. You can’t help but have that “holiday feeling” as you’re walking through the medieval town or heading to one of the many beaches.
From the very first day, I felt completely welcomed into the team, and although starting a new job can be daunting, I have never felt so at ease and instantly included in a group of such amazing people. Not only has the team absolutely made my experience, within my first year of planning events I had been to Singapore, Bratislava, Orlando, and Cape Town.
My progression at DE was a little turbulent, and my time to shine was really brought about by the pandemic. I leaped at the chance to work on business development, prospecting and nurturing new business opportunities, expanding our sales reach, and developing our marketing strategy.
As a small team everyone works so well together, there are no silos, and each individual can always be confident that support is there from anyone they might turn to. Each member of the team would go above and beyond for the other.
Everyone is encouraged to use their voice and every idea and suggestion is listened to. You will always feel heard and be given autonomy over your work. Joining this flat-structured team means that you can have open discussions with vastly experienced people from different walks of life, and act as a sponge to absorb so much vital knowledge.
